Many years ago, on a trip to Brazil, Maestro Paolo Vranjes associated the scent of lime to the cocktail, Caipirinha which was relatively unknown then. The aromatic liqueur with a spicy edge similar to ginger is enhanced by the exuberant scent of lime. This fragrance is reminiscent of the cocktail that was to later become famous in Europe.
